General terms and conditions

The prices are quoted in euros per person per day, including all taxes for a stay of 3 days and longer. We ask for your understanding that we do not allow any pets in the hotel because of previous bad experience. Your reservation is valid after payment of a deposit of €200 per room by bank transfer or by MasterCard. The rooms will be available until 18:00 unless a delayed arrival is announced. In the case of a delayed arrival or earlier departure than expected, the full room price is payable.

The 7 day package deals are only valid for bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Any meals not taken will be reimbursed at €10 each time. A booking contract signifies that both contractual partners agreed to the rights and duties of the Austrian hotel contract conditions. The responsibility for this lies under the Landeck local jurisdiction.

We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
