This unique service allows you to acquaint yourself with the magnificent Dolomites as well as with the Eastern Alps from the Wallis to the Allgäu all in one holiday, without heavy luggage making biking difficult. You stay for 3 days in Truden (I) and 3 days in Galtür (A), which means that you either book your holiday at our hotel or at the Hotel Ludwigshof and rooms are available for you at both hotels.

Riding a motorbike in the Alps is one of the most wonderful pastimes you can experience as a biker. Only a precious few bikers have no problems with serpentines, hairpin turns, steep ascents, blind bends, overhanging bends, and often very little space to turn. In one or several of the required disciplines we might lack exercise.

For the first time ever we offer professional instruction tailored to your individual needs. We want to help you improve your theoretical knowledge as well as train your practical riding skills to perfection. Safe riding on all alpine routes leads you to even more fun.

The MoHo-Motorbike-Hotels offer an individual round trip through the most awesome, impressive and amazing regions of the Austrian and Italian Alps - from the north to the south, from the east to the west. The Package holiday includes two nights in each of the following hotels in ***Hotel Solaria in Obertauern(A), im ***Hotel Ludwigshof in Truden (I) sowie im ****Hotel Post in Galtür(A).

These hotels specialize on bikers and offer garages, mechanic's corners including tools, washdown yards for motorcycles, drying rooms for clothes, washing service, free detailed suggestions for routes, road books, maps and even GPS data transfer to plan the next leg of your tour. Your landlord might just have that one scenic point or hidden gem to tell you about which you cannot read about and wouldn’t find by yourself. Thus you get to know the most magnificent tours at your individual pace while deciding yourself about the number of breaks you want to have.

At the beginning of the tour you get to ride highlights like the Nockalmstraße or the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße. The route leads along hairpin bends, narrow gorges right into the heart of the Dolomites. Passo Pordoi, Passo di Sella, Passo di Valparola, Passo di Falzarego offer endless twisty roads with sweeping curves. And finally we will not miss out on the Timmelsjoch, Hahntennjoch and the Silvretta Hochalpenstraße. You will ride through picturesque valleys and mountains of the Alps and experience many scenic views for your enjoyment all in one week. A tour for experienced riders and go-getters of challenging twisty roads who would rather ride individually than in a group.

Riding experience :
You should be able to handle your motorbike well in curvy conditions, especially in switchbacks you have to be able to control your bike well.
Climate:
Mild, in the heights of the mountains even in summer cool or cold according to how high above sea level you are travelling.
Arrivals:
These tours begin on Sundays with the first sleepover in Obertauern, lead you to Truden and are completed in Galtür on Saturday evening. Suitable combinations by DB car-carrier trains from Berlin, Hamburg and Hildesheim to Munich are available. On your orders DB car-carrier trains can be booked by the MOTORRAD action team.

Motor biking in the Alps is one of the most amazing experiences you could ever wish for as a motor biker. Some situations keep women from taking up such an adventure because they don’t want to be dependent on others but would like to be able to cope on their own.

We offer you the opportunity to bring your riding skills to perfection with our professional guide for theory and practical training. You get instructions for safe riding in all situations on alpine roads to make your next motorcycle tour the adventure of a lifetime.

Guided introduction tour through the villages of the regions of culinary delights Paznauner Almkäse. We visit western Austria’s most famous schnapps distillery of Christoph Kössler in Stanz.

Tuesday:
Guided tour across the Piller to Haiming, the culinary region “Oberländer Äpfel” (Oberländer apples) where we will be allowed to enjoy the natural flavour of the regional apples. We go back to Galtür through the Berwanger Tal and across the Hahntennjoch

Wednesday:
Walser tour 260 km: day-tour along reduced traffic routes; Bregenzer Wälder Käsekeller (cheese-aging cellar) and the famous Walser-pride are waiting for us - just wonderful fantastic cheese.

Thursday:
Free day, in the evening gourmet dinner focusing on the products of the culinary region.

Friday:
Guided tour of the culinary region “Sura Käs” - (grey cheese is a very strong cheese with a viscous, grey or black core) “Montafon - a lot of fun” we taste and cruise the neighbouring valley

Saturday:
The ultimate feast – at the 15th international Cheese Olympics gather not only VIPs but each and every connoisseur at heart
